Connecticut Dental Commission Effective in Curbing Dentist Violations

Connecticut Department of Public Health statistics reveal a positive trend in the disciplinary actions taken by the Dental Commission. Over the last three calendar years probation completions have increased to an equal level with disciplinary actions.

Whereas disciplinary actions in 2005 outnumbered probation completions more than 2 to 1, they were completely equal in 2006 and 2007. Dentists aren’t just getting suspended, they’re getting better.
